6. Procedure to Exercise Rights

Send a written request to asociaciondepadresdefamilia@ccsds.edu.co stating: full name, ID number, type of request (access, rectification, deletion or objection) and description. Response time: up to 10 business days for queries and 15 business days for claims.

7. Validity and Updates

This policy is effective from its publication date. Any changes will be communicated via official email and published on this site at least 10 business days in advance.

8. Data of Minors

Student data for minors is considered sensitive data under Art. 7 of Law 1581/2012. Processing requires explicit authorization from a parent or guardian. Images of minors will only be published with signed authorization from their legal representative, per Art. 12 of Law 1098/2006.
